I want to show you the proper way to think. Approximately 99 percent of all people do not think in the manner I'm about to demonstrate, which is why most people struggle on a day-to-day basis. By simply following what I'm going to share with you today, you'll begin thinking in a significantly different way.
As a result, you'll start feeling much better, and your actions and results will align, ultimately helping you achieve your goals.
Of course, it takes practice, and it's not easy. When you first started learning to drive a car, it wasn't easy either, but with practice, it became more natural until you could drive without thinking about it.
Here's how it works. What we have is called "upside-down thinking." Why do we call it that? Because we start at the top and work our way down. We can't begin here, or here, or here. If we do, it's not upside-down thinking. True upside-down thinking starts right here.
Let me show you what most people are doing. They start right here, with the downside thought of assessing their current results. For instance, if we're talking about money, it might involve checking your bank account and realizing it doesn't reflect what you want it to.
So, what do people typically do? They don't continue thinking in this way, because when they look at the results and see a low balance, negative thoughts start to flood in. Thoughts like, "Why don't I have enough money?" or "Why can't I make more?" This perpetuates the negative cycle.
The snowball effect continues. As you entertain these negative thoughts, you begin to feel anxious, worried, and even depressed. Subsequently, your actions are influenced, but when you're feeling really low, you often procrastinate or take ineffective actions, resulting in unsatisfactory outcomes. This all happens because you started right here.
Instead, we want to begin right here, with our desired outcome. From this vantage point, we can decide what we want to think about money. We start here, not by fixating on the current bank balance, but by focusing on what we want to achieve. We ask ourselves, "If I already had all the money I desired, what would I be thinking?" The answer is thoughts of abundance, freedom, and prosperity.
This is where we must start—not with the present bank balance but with our aspirations. We begin from the position of already having what we desire and cultivate thoughts accordingly. So, we may think, "I'm grateful for all the money I currently have, and abundance keeps flowing into my life." When we engage in these thoughts, we experience increased peace, happiness, and freedom.
Subsequently, we take actions from a higher level of vibration, leading to a shift in our results. All of this occurs because we've embraced upside-down thinking, not the conventional downside-up approach.
Apply this in your life, and you'll begin to notice significant shifts. Is it easy at first? No, it requires practice. But if you persist in practicing it, you will achieve the results you desire.
