In financial services since 1996. ADP, Prudential Securities, then his own independent practice. MDRT qualifier. Today Michael uses that firsthand experience to coach advisors, RVPs and wholesalers on what sits underneath their results.
Michael didn't plan on a career in financial services. In 1996 he was at ADP, traveling the country training financial advisors on brokerage software. A branch manager watched how he connected with people and offered him a job.
He took it. That led to Prudential Securities, and later to building his own independent practice. He qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table. He built client relationships that have lasted for decades. He still serves clients today through Michael Fox Insurance.
So he knows the pressure. The goals. The production numbers. The calls you don't feel like making. The client meetings, the follow-up, the slow months, the good months. He spent his career around advisors, RVPs, wholesalers and leaders. He was one of them.
Over the years Michael kept noticing something. Two smart, talented people could have the same firm, the same products, the same training, the same technology and the same opportunity.
And one would thrive while the other stalled.
It wasn't information. They both knew what to do. Michael came to believe the difference lived in the person doing it: what they believed, how they saw themselves, the way they thought, the habits they'd built and the identity they carried into every day.
Have you ever seen that in your own office? Michael saw it for years.
Most successful professionals already know a lot. You know you should:

Michael had been curious about this long before his career. He started studying mindset at about age 11. Later he trained directly with Bob Proctor and became a certified Proctor Gallagher Consultant.
But what shaped his coaching most was the industry itself. Decades of watching what actually moves people in this business, and what quietly holds them back. That's what he brings to every conversation.
Here it is, simply.
Your results come from your actions. Your actions are shaped by how you feel. Your feelings come from your thoughts. And your thoughts come from what you believe.
That's why changing an action alone often doesn't last. Sometimes you have to go one level deeper. BTFAR is the framework Michael created to do exactly that. Explore BTFAR →
Michael primarily coaches:
People come in at very different places. Some are building confidence and consistency. Some are established and have hit a plateau. Some are already disciplined, confident and successful, and want to find the level beyond that. See Build → Perform → Champion →

You don't need motivational theater. And if you're already successful, you probably don't need another binder of sales strategies.
Sometimes the biggest opportunity is the person running the strategy. So Michael helps you look at:
Change those, and performance follows. That's what makes this different from a generic life coach or a sales trainer. Coaching is private and one-on-one. It is not therapy and not financial advice.
If something here sounded like you, let's talk. It's a confidential fit conversation, not a sales pitch.
