Most coaching works on actions. BTFAR starts one step earlier. Change the belief, and the thought, feeling, action and result change with it.
What you hold to be true about yourself, money, clients and what's possible.
Beliefs generate the thoughts you have before the call, the meeting or the ask.
Thoughts create the feeling — certainty or doubt, energy or dread.
Feelings decide what you actually do, and how consistently you do it.
Actions produce results — which then reinforce the original belief.
An advisor who believes "people don't want to hear from me" will think twice before calling, feel hesitant, make fewer calls and get fewer appointments. The plan was fine. The belief was running it.
